Waterloo is owned by the Vermeulen family for the last 30 years. Waterloo is situated in the Tuli Block area of Botswana. It covers an area of 16000 acres and border the Limpopo River for 14km. Waterloo has plenty of game animals which is well managed to keep the quality and quantity of trophy animals at the highest standards. Not only is Waterloo renowned for its game animals but also for its predators that, if you are lucky, you might get to see in their natural environment. Big cats, for instance leopard and cheetah, favour the area and brown hyena is abundant. Bird life at Waterloo is alive and vibrant. With all Waterloo has to offer it strives to make your hunt an unforgettable experience worth your while. All the clients that arrive at Waterloo leave us as life-long friends.
To get to Waterloo, you travel to OR Tambo International in Johannesburg, South Africa. From there it is a five hour drive to Waterloo.
Waterloo Camp is a well-equipped tented camp. After each day’s exciting adventure, a hot shower awaits you. Evenings are spent around a camp fire, reliving the day’s unforgettable memories, while listening to the night life in the bush come alive.

Accommodation, food and soft drinks for the duration of your stay. (Some alcohol beverages are also included but is limited to an extent).
Professional hunter, trackers and skinners
Not included in the day tariff is the handling of trophies and cost involved to get trophies to taxidermies and export of trophies. Waterloo do know that your trophies are of very high value to you, that is why we manage and arrange the whole process: From where you hunt your trophy animal, to where the trophy animal reaches its preferred final destination. All charges regarding the trophy handling will be the responsibility of the client.
